The Crown Inn - A Great British Pub

The Crown Inn is buzzing with tradition & originality in both its decor and menu. Situated in the heart of Leicestershire in the picturesque village of Anstey, The Crown Inn embraces everything about the Great British pub.

The open kitchen prepares a great local menu, where possible all the produce is acquired from the county of Leicestershire including ice cream from Quorn , Rutland trout and cheese from Long Clawson. Our head chef, Tim, utilises the fantastic seasonal produce, the result is a lunch & dinner menu that will change on a regular basis, served from 11am every day. Daily changing chef’s dish of the day & a dish of the day are available from £6.95. In addition to the great food on offer our bar is well stocked with up to six fine cask conditioned ales, cold lagers, wines & a wide selection of spirits. Afternoon Tea is served every day so a wide selection of coffees & teas are available all day every day.

Our 7 before 7 offering runs every evening Tuesday to Thursday giving the chance to sample a selection from the dinner menu for just £7. We also hold some invite evenings including our Wine Matching & Ladies Suppers which are always great fun.
